Hello, I’m Kzinga – Brooklyn-raised writer, UX developer/researcher, and educator with over a decade of experience across cultural institutions, ed-tech, and digital humanities. Open to remote contracts.
My entry into digital systems began in libraries, where nearly a decade of handling collections and archival materials gave me a deep understanding of how information gets organized, surfaced, and made accessible to real people. As a UX developer and researcher, I conduct user research and apply design methodologies to shape functional, accessible, human-centered interfaces.
Being a writer informs everything I create. I bring clarity, storytelling, and a deep respect for language to each carefully chosen project. My approach is mission-driven, community-centered, and highly human-focused – grounded in the belief that technology should serve people, particularly communities that mainstream platforms have historically overlooked.
